We have crafted a season of family favorites along with edgy thought provoking shows to entertain our global audience. This season pass will also provide you streaming access to our shows if you prefer to enjoy them from the comfort of your home. The seat you select now will be your seating year round. A box office associate will reach out to you for each show to confirm the date you want to attend, or to provide you with the streaming link for that event. Thank you for choosing to patron our theater. In these times we have partnered with AEA, the CDC and local health officials to review the best precautionary steps for our audiences.
1. All audience members will be admitted to the space only with other members of their designated party. Each party will be temperature screened, checked for proper mask wearing, and asked to hand sanitize prior to entry to the theatre level.
2. There will be no exchange of physical tickets, cash or printed programs. All of these processes will be done digitally.
3. All Audiences will be ushered to their socially distanced seating in a manner to minimize congregating.
4. An air filter separate from the building's main unit will be run through out the performance. The space will be vacated during intermission for disinfection of all touched surfaces.
5. Windows will be opened during the intermission and the HVAC system will be turned to cycle the air from an outside open air source. Filtering the air and limiting recirculation will be fully utilized.
6. Anti Microbial medical grade soap will be supplied in all restrooms and hand sanitizing stations will be in all public areas.
7.There will be no consumable products allowed in the theater space to encourage proper mask where while in common areas.
8. Ushers will monitor the audience for proper mask wear through the entirety of the performance and time in communal areas.
9. Social distancing floor stickers will be clearly marked in all areas of egress.
10.Any audience member not adhering to guidelines and using the safety measures put in place will be asked to leave the theater with no refund.
11. If any patron has a medical exception regarding the safety measures they must provide that documentation at check-in.
Actor safety.
All actors will be provided PPE in all rehearsals. In performance they will be provided 4x8 plexi glass containment units while not appearing alone on stage.
All actors will be required to hand sanitize prior to entering and upon exiting stage level.
All actors will be temp screened and required to fill out ahealth questionnaire prior to all rehearsals and performances.
